All decisions made based on recommendations remain the responsibility of the client.

Intellectual Property

The methodologies, frameworks, systems, terminology, documents, assessments, scorecards, presentations, reports, templates, and proprietary processes developed by Woven Collective remain the intellectual property of Woven Collective unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to, Business Infrastructure Development™, Operational Intelligence Audit™, Business Infrastructure Score™, Executive Findings Report™, 90-Day Strategic Roadmap™, and related Woven Collective frameworks.

Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Woven Collective, including logos, brand assets, internal documents, business information, images, and other client-owned content.

By providing materials, clients confirm they have the right to use and share those materials for the purpose of the engagement.

Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Woven Collective may reference completed work, project summaries, or non-confidential outcomes in portfolios, case studies, proposals, or marketing materials.

Confidential business details will not be disclosed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woven Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, services, recommendations, third-party tools, vendors, platforms, or business decisions made by the client.
